Why does the editor have to compile shader each time i start a project ?

I’m a beginner in UE and i started working on it.
I’ve noticed that when i open a project i have to wait several minutes before i can start using it. But when i watch to video tutorials it doesn’t happen indeed the guy who is making the video open the same my project very quickly without waiting all that time.
PS: for example now i’m waiting for 3000 shaders to be compiled and i can’t do anything :frowning:
