I model my meshes in Blender. I do the 2nd UV-Map for the Lightmap and assign that to the right channel etc., however, I still have these ugly artefacts allover my meshes. Please help!

That’s caused by the the layout of your UVs for that meshes lightmap and a having a lower lightmap resolution.
For faces that need to have continuous lighting smoothly across them you will want to set up your UV so these faces are connected.
