Why are dark horizontal lines forming in my flashlight light when I jump?

Hello,

I am getting weird dark horizontal lines that show up in my flashlight light when I jump. I’m not quite sure what is causing them. Turning off cast dynamic shadows and then also turning off cast shadows didn’t do anything to change or resolve this issue.

Turning off “Use Inverse Squared Falloff” and setting the exponent down to 3 fixed the issue I was experiencing.
