while importing a text font, what should be the value of height in import options in order to match the size of text with the size of text in Microsoft Word?

i have created two font files of single font named courier prime. in one font in import options i have given height as 20 and in another font as 12 and reimported.
i have assigned those fonts to two different texts of same world scale as 152.
thought i have given the same world size the sizes are not equal in view port.

what exactly i want is to match the text to be eactly 152pt as if we get in microsoft word document.
help me out with this.
