When I stare at the ground over the course of a few seconds everything starts to get brighter. I’ve tried to look this up before but had no luck or found something that just didn’t work.

Hi!
It’s autoexposure!
You can turn if off in postprocess! Just set both min and max to the same number (1) and it’s gone! ![]()
Where will I find post processing? The only post-processing I can find in the project settings only has two settings that have nothing to do with what you said. How do I edit the value you were talking about?
Sorry!
In your World Outliner panel, among your other items there is a PostProcessVolume.
There search for Lens and Exposure and you will see the settings! ![]()
