Weird Stripes on a model With Smooth Shading

I made a model in Blender3D and used Smooth Shading on it. When i imported the model in UE4 i made sure to import normals and tangents and so the model is smooth and fine.
The problem is that creates these weird stripes when lit (look closely)

What is the origin of those lines? How do i fix them?

This is probably due to the cascaded shadow maps of you light, as you use a shadow casting, movable light, that falls very flat onto your surface.
