Weird Shadows on Landscape

Hi, I’m having those weird shadows on my Landscapes, I tried different configurations and settings for my landscapes and always have those issues, even if I create a new Blank Project the Shadows will be wrong:

I tried this video:
Fixing the Ugly Shadow Issues in Unreal Engine 5 - YouTube

Tried changing those configs:
Lumen Global Illumination and Reflections in Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.0 Documentation

Tried turning Nanite ON/OFF, tried reducing/increasing the LODs and still have problems.

The problem “disapears” if I look away from where the shadow is weird, and when look back the shadow are fixed, but when I build my game the weird shadows are back, and my game the camera are fixed and will never move.

I have no more ideas left what is causing it and how to fix it.
