Weird light gathering issue with Lumen

I have this weird issue with Lumen. Without any point lights and only sky light visible everything looks pretty fine. But when i place point lights/ other lights in the scene Lumen freaks out and casts weird shadows and inaccurate lighting everywhere.

Also in some cases (not visible in the video) the light only affects the scene when i look at it. By that i mean the light behaving like screen space reflections (if the light is not in frame it does not affect the scene). That is not really the problem here, however i included it if it would help with the main issue here.

Can this be caused by my models made in Blender, or incorrect use of lightning? I already tried cranking up the quality in the editor, final gather in post processing, quality preset is set to cinematic, etc. but the problem still occurs.

This is noise from trying to use a bright small emissive lightsource to light the scene. You really can’t use small emissives and expect good results, you need actor lightsources.

Thanks,
by that do you mean a light with larger size/ light area?

I mean analytic lights, point/rect/spot/directional light actors. Not an emissive mesh. If you are already using point lights then you need to reduce the emissive intensity of your mesh, you should also make sure your light actor is not inside of the mesh.
