Weird banding soft shadows via CPU baked lighting

Hello everyone, my problem occures when I bake lighting using CPU or Luoshuang`s GPU lightmass. I want to get nice soft shadows from Directional light(Stationary), but after baking this banding appears. I have tried bake scene with GPU lightmass just to sure that problem caused by the type of baking and was right. Does anyone know how fix this?


Yes I had the same problem When I was used lightmass.
I could not find a solution yet
