Weird artifacting with bullets

It seems when I am playing, I got weird reflection type stuff going on, but when I eject, it is like it should.

It definitely has something to do with lighting, because it doesn’t happen when I press F1.

I also tried reducing any reflections in the materials but it does the same. And yes it happens in day time.

Do you have any post process effects in this? This looks like motion blur or maybe some anti-aliasing thing.

Looks kinda cool though
