Vulkan lighting tips?

So I am trying to get into lighting my scenes better for VR, but I keep running into poor quality lighting with vulkan compared to SM5. I know that its because of hardware limitations, but I swear I see some mobile Unreal titles with significantly better baked lighting than mine and I can’t understand how.

Colors seem washed out and the lights always have an orange-ish tint to them.
What am I doing wrong?
