Volumetric light problems in UE5

Hi,
I have some issues with spotlights and heightfog:
-I have a spotlight inside a capsule and I want to have the volumetric light effect through the window, but the light seems outside, you can see the emitter on top of the capsule (first photo).

-Depending on height (I think) the volumetric light quality decreases or changes its shape. Second photo shows how it should be and third photo (next frame) shows how turns into a light ball.

I’m using UE5 and lumen for cinematic quality.
