Volumetric Fog Issues in Enclosed Spaces with UE5.6
I’ve observed flickering under specific rendering conditions in UE5.6. After thorough investigation, I confirmed the issue stems from directional lights interacting with Lumen GI:
1.Distant View:Persistent flickering occurs when viewed from mid-to-far distances, which intensifies as distance decreases until transitioning to Case 2 at close range.
2.Close Proximity:Manifests as stable spherical artifacts that uniformly fill the volumetric cube space without flickering.
Please verify whether this rendering behavior is expected and suggest optimization approaches.
