Visual line artefacts appearing in packaged builds on Landscape modified by splines on Unreal 5.6

In 5.6, we noticed that lines started to appear on Landspace that was modified with Splines. I’ve attached screenshots from the repro project where the issue can be observed on the ramp.

We’ve tried to rebuild the lightning, the levels and to rebuild the landscape. The issue persists.

We recently migrated our project from 5.2 to 5.6. In 5.2 the issue cannot be observed.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be observed in any kind of packaged build - shipping, debug, test and NOT observed in editor.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Create any kind of packaged build with the provided project
  • Boot the game
  • Run to the splined landscape in front of the player
  • Move the camera around and notice the line(s) that can be seen on the ramp

I’m glad you are able to reproduce it out your side too, hopefully this will get resolved and fixed soon.

If it’s possible can we get a workaround or possible fixes to try out on how to avoid this issue until official fix is released?

We do not have any known workarounds for either issue at this time.

The trackers will be visible after it is approved internally at Epic Games and is publicly accessible.
