I’m unemployed, how do I use this? This page is my only chance because the Forums have failed me, and Epic Games Support has also failed me. What do I do here?
Hey there @EL8MWKdZDqdsDyW! Sorry to hear you’re having issues! The form you’re using is primarily for projects looking to set up custom licensing or the premium support Unreal Developer Network (UDN), generalized support comes from the forums. I’m unaware of the turnaround time for responses on that side. That said, we can take a look at your issue here on the forums and see what’s going on.
Yes it is. At first I thought it was my Surface Laptop Studio that was causing the trouble, but it has the same specs as my broken Workstation PC tower. I even tried changing the dynamic global lighting in my Project Settings from None to Screen Space (Beta), but that didn’t help either.
My focus is mostly gameplay so when it comes to MRQ or rendering issues that aren’t experienced in real-time environments I have to do a bit of experimentation. I’ll take a look and respond on the other post with any insight!
Are you using Lumen for this? The only way my test renders get blown out for AO are generally when Lumen GI starts bleeding. Do you have any warmup frames for the render itself? Let’s try a generous amount to see if it settles like exposure.
No, I’m not using Lumen anywhere in my projects. All of my lighting are set to “None” as their default setting. Even the Dynamic Global Lighting in the Project Settings is set to None by default. It worked fine with those settings before in older projects from Version 5.2 on my old PC tower, so I don’t know why it’s acting like this now.
