Underwater Effect

I need a solution for an Underwater Effect on a Custom Mesh.

Any chance to get a project demo file that demonstrates how you can use a Water Shader or PostProcess on a custom mesh to achieve this effect?

I am referring to the built-in Water Plugin Actors and the M_UnderWater_PostProcess_Mesh.
