Summary

Whenever my team and I work together to create a map using Fortnite creative we are given no option to transfer the project to our team without first opening the project in UEFN, which then prevents us from being able to edit it in creative. This is extremely inconvenient as I am the only member of the team with a PC - and we don’t want to actually use UEFN.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a map in Fortnite Creative.
  2. Join a Team in the Creator Portal.
  3. Attempt to transfer the project without opening it in UEFN (it won’t work, but it really should as this is problematic for a lot of creative teams).

Expected Result

I would like to be able to transfer maps to the team without having to restrict ourselves to editing the map in UEFN. We do not create anything that requires us to learn how to use UEFN - and it is very complicated.

Observed Result

Unable to transfer maps without first turning them into UEFN projects.

Platform(s)

PC, Playstation

Additional Notes

Please consider changing this process to make creative teams accessible to people who are not interested in using UEFN to make projects.

hi,
Have you tried
opening UEFN - Content Service (epicgames.com)

Select project then

Thank you! The first link seems as though it would work. Where would we locate the team ID? We are only able to find each of our respective creator ID’s right now.

Hi @CaptainKy ,
Here is the picture of my project and Team and clicking Team gives you the Team menu

in the red box is the team ID

This is how a Team Member list should look and all the Functions are enabled by default and click edit to change permission

Thank you SO MUCH! This worked!
