UI Blur renders properly in mobile preview, but not on mobile device

The UI Blur looks awesome, so I’ve redesigned some of my menus to use it.
In mobile preview, it works and looks great, but on my device (Nexus 6P) it uses the low quality override.
Is this a problem with device profiling? I actually have the same problem with custom depth stencil. Works in preview, but not on my test device.

UPDATE: It doesn’t even use the low quality override for me, it just goes straight black.

I`m suffering the same problem as well. The UI blur just goes straight black on mobile.
