UEFN keeps freezing

So after updating my latest windows update UEFN has suddenly become stuttery. simply opening a folder in the content manager causes the program to freeze up for up to 30 seconds or when I’m trying to move an object. It even does it when I have lighting turned off. I know I have a system capable of handling UEFN. Further it only seems to be UEFN itself that freezes up not the whole computer as the cursor still moves and can open other programs.

Further several times when autosave starts it never seems to end.

Ok I made the minidump but when I try to attach it to a reply or a DM it says the file is too large.
