hello Light that i can make shadows soft bu changing source radius
But when i use UE5 increase source radius i get no change and shadows still sharp Finally, I found a solution
first which is to enable Distance Field Shadows on the Light and also Generate Mesh Distance Field in the Project Settings.
The second way is to set Project Settings > Shadow Map Method to Virtual Shadow Maps. This is the type of shadow produced from lights that don’t have Distance Field Shadows enabled.

After all this, I got a very bad shadow
I don’t understand why the effect is so much worse than the case. Is it because I didn’t do the right thing, or because my graphics card is 1080ti series graphics card. so ray tracing tracking is incorrect. Please, can anyone give me a direction? This problem has troubled me for a long time
