UE5 Path Tracing vs Ray Tracing (Lumen) on MetaHuman under Skylight (HDRI)

Hi, I try testing MetaHuman under various HDRI backdrops, but found that there is huge difference in rendering quality between path tracing and ray tracing as follow images.

I import the project from MetaHumanLighting (MetaHuman Lighting in Environments - UE Marketplace), and set "“MHC quality settings” to “Epic”.

How could I improve ray tracing quality as much as path tracing? at least, is it possible? For example, in ray tracing the hair strands are not reflected by skylight; hair color is always black, and lips are so matt.

Is there any rule of thumb to reach highest rendering quality under HDRI, Skylights?
