UE5 Light Function only working in a portion of my CineCameraActor.

Hi ! I’m trying to use a simple light function on my directional to creating a panning cloud effect in my scene. The issue is that it seems to work fine in my freecam but when I try and use the cinecamera for my shot, only a portion of the scene is affected by the light function. I’ve tried duplicating the camera, making a new one and replacing the texture I was using and nothing seems to fix it. Playing with Focal Length and Squeeze Factor seem to do something to it but nothing substantial. I’ve tried searching online but I’ve had no luck. Im on UE5.2 any help would be much appreciated.
