UE5 how to reduce noise from sky/global-illumination on reflections

Newbie, here. I’m getting animated, flickering, noise on reflective metal from sky light sources (see red boxes in pic). I’m using Lumen global illumination. I have a sun light source bouncing off of a metal fridge in the scene (see pic). I have various process lighting controls in the scene (see pic). My SphereReflection actors don’t seem to affect the noise. I have Hardware Raytracing ‘ON’ with a nVidia RTX 3070Ti card. I tried playing with Screen Space Reflections (Intensity=0). Any suggestions?

It looks like there is an issue with my material.
I duplicated the animated, flickering, noise with a simple scene that consisted of only a cube, a wall, a ReflectionSphere, and a directional light. The Chrome material on the cube created the same noise with only a directional light source (all atmospherics, post-processing, etc. were deleted). Can someone take a look at my material and let me know what changes I should make to the project or material to prevent the noise? Thanks.
