EDIT: The problem has been solved. I honestly am not sure what exactly did it. I repaired the install, I opened up the ports, port forwarded my router, did many things I don’t remember anymore and then after another restart of my laptop at the end of the day, it finally worked.
I just installed UE4 on my laptop and I am immediately having troubles trying to build a scene. No matter how simple the scene, pressing build freezes the program. The Swarm Agent log repeats the same error message until I close UE4.

I’ve searched this issue for a while but just cannot find a clear solution.
