ue4.27 crashing when building shaders.

i installed ue4.27 but when i load example, rural austrailia, , it crashes unreal, so i removed unreal, and installed, 4.26 and it loads, but again crashes when building shaders, and if i use some of the assets, after placing a few assets in my scene, ue crashes, my spec is

windows 10 64
8g ram
rtx 3060
amd ryzen 5
directx 12

i am using the legion 5 laptop can anyone help?
if anyone has any ideas, would be good, if not i will post my error report if needed.
