UE After Image Issue

Hello all,

I am using a blue print to drive three spot lights that are linked to a media image sequence I have made, however I have noticed when I export my UE scene the media that I am projecting on the wall has an after image/glow trailing effect that I am not interested in for the final composition.

Does anyone know a work around for this after image / artifacting issue?

I also am noticing a similar after image effect on cetin animated geometry. If you look at the cone as it passes the white metallic cube in the bottom right you can see an after image effect created by the cones cast shadow, does anyone know how to resolve these issues? Is it post processing or the way I am exporting causing these? Perhaps its due to low samples?
