UE 4.26 Ocean Distance Rendering

Hello all,

So I am having some 4.26 newb issues here. I can’t for the life of me find the controls that extend the ocean out to the infinite horizon. Does anybody know how to do this?

Also, I noticed the material goes black/transparent near the horizon. How does one go about getting rid of this?

How do I get it to look like the UE4.26 demo?

There is Far Distance option in Water mesh actor. There you should be able to specify far material and distance in cm but is not working.

You can also add in an Exponential Height Fog that will give fill the void.

Also if you go to the Water Mesh Actor, add in the Water_FarMesh into Far Distance Material. Set to about 100000 or 1000000 based on your scene.
