Did Epic disable Ambient Occlusion for forward shading in 4.26?
I can’t get it to work no matter what I do.
In 4.25 AO in Forward seems to work fine.
Tried PPVolume overrides, Project settings (AO enabled), clean test projects, everything I know literally… Google also didn’t tell me anything on the subject.
Looking at the bug tracker it seems it’s been fixed a while back but hasn’t made it into any official releases yet. I’m running a source build so I just fixed it myself (the tracker links to a commit that fixes the issue).
