UE 4.19: Shadow LOD Pop-In Issue

I’ve opened up an old project to polish it up, and I’m noticing that the shadow coverage on some static meshes changes depending on the position of my camera: the further the camera is from the mesh, the less shadow coverage the mesh gets, and the shadows pop in & out, as if it’s a LOD setting, even though the mesh has been set to a single LOD. The light cast on the mesh is Movable, and the issue persists even after the lighting is built. I’ve bent over backwards searching for a solution, but I’ve found nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
