TSR with very big problems

Hi all! I need your help with UE 5.4, because I don’t know what I’m doing wrong anymore. I render the animation in 3K resolution (2:39:1). My monitor has a 6k resolution. When rendering I use ScreenPrecentage and History (TSR) 170%. I also use other console commands such as disabling denoiser indirect and reflection. The light in my scene has between 15 and 25 samples. Lumen settings are ultra maximum, that is, FinalGather is about 25.
But I get these artifacts. What should I do to make the image look normal?
