Translucent materials not lighting

Hi, I’m currently having an issue with my project where all my translucent lit materials are not being lit. I opened up a fresh project and copied all settings for it’s lit translucent materials and it’s project render settings but I still get this result.

With all the exact same settings in the fresh project here is what it looks like.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

You might need the forward shading bit at the bottom.

I have replicated every setting from the details panel and also every setting in the Render section of the project settings and still got this same result.

I am having the same issue. Sometimes the material displays correctly and other times it does not.

What is the lighting mode (Volumetric Non-Directional, Volumetric Directional, or Surface)?
