Too many overlapping shadowed movable lights, Shadow casting disabled: DirectionalLight

PLEASE HELP
I have this annoying message that won’t go away no matter what:
Too many overlapping shadowed movable lights, Shadow casting disabled: DirectionalLight
I am 99% sure I have gone one by one on each of my movable lights in my map to make sure they arent overlapping. The only thing that seems to make it go away is changing my directional light to stationary (which is not an option cause I need my sun to rise and set).
What do I do? Is there a way I can quickly “go to” the movable lights that are causing this? Completely lost for options.

Don’t you have a bit red X on the offfending light?

You would think. But I have flown around my map and looked high and low. I have searched on my world outline and “gone to” each movable light’s position in my game. No red X seen

It has to be a bug, I just selected every single movable light except for my directional light and disabled shadow casting on all of them. The message is still there…

I think it’s a bug – I’m running into the same problem all of the sudden.

I’m having the same issue even in a blank world on the same project but the main issue is that the directional lights won’t let me enable shadow casting and I can’t turn off lumen in project settings it’s grayed out?
