Tiling SubUV problems

Hello everyone. I’m trying to make some fake caustics effect using subuv texture. Found a nice one article from Ryan Brucks where he explains how to avoid artifacts on edges of tiling texture.
But my probles is that if I add “Time” to “Frames” material starts to pixelate. Is there any way to fix it?
