I have created a simple level kit made of plains. Light passes through the gaps between the plains which causes thin strips of light to appear in the shadows cast by my walls.
it should be obvius to what my problem is from the image.
I know that I could also build this wall from one single plain but that wouldnt solve my problem.

Just a few thoughts… It’s better to use full 3d meshes than just planes…
Unreal calculates light per mesh so if you don’t set your lightmass settings properly, you’ll discover shading differences…
Light leaks are usually appear when lightmaps are too low and lighting information from the other side is getting pulled over on the lightmap…
