Well I don’t know if is the correct topic to post about or if should go to the bug-report section.
Anyway I’ll try here first and if it’s not correct just let me know and I’ll delete it
Since yesterday, whenever I try to buy something on the marketplace it gets stuck on the “Please Wait… Updating your order” forever and can’t get the assets
Happens to anybody else? or is it just to me?
Edit: Tried on chrome and it worked, so it looks like its a problem with some browsers (in my case it’s Opera)

Happened to me aswel. I gave up and made the purchase using Epic Launcher and went success without any hiccups.
When I sort by “Discount High to Low” the order of items with identical discounts changes each time I refresh or change pages.
So if you go from page 1 to 2, you can often see items on page 2 that you already saw on page 1, meaning that the previous page had items that you didn’t see. That means that even if you click through every page, you may miss some (possibly many) items.
Can be fixed, so that there is some sort of unique sort order among items that are “tied” by Discount High to Low? I think applies to other sort criteria, too.

So it’s not just me. Good to know. But I think Epic should do something about . I refuse to use the launcher to make multiple assets purchase (like in the sale it’s running right now)

Sorting.
When displaying assets (e.g. on sale) by anything other than date, listings are being randomly shuffled (e.g. if you have 5 pages full of “90% discount” items, those will not always appear in the same order) - which is fair and fine and all, but that reordering shouldn’t happen when turning pages during the same session!
Right now, when loading the next page on the marketplace website (it might work differently in the launcher), previously seen items will repeat on the next page(s) and in turn, some items won’t be shown at all.

Glad I’m not the only one…
It’s irritating for consumers but I imagine it must be worse for creators. A lot of people will miss their products when browsing…

I reported that above for Firefox. It is a bug that Epic should fix ASAP. It’s been going on for a while and is really frustrating
Without reading 50 pages of comments I don’t know if these points have been mentioned before but as an avid Marketplace user, I would say:
Remove duplicate items. When searching for stuff, it’s pretty irritating to get the same packages cropping up on several pages.
THE ABILITY TO MARK FAVORITES! Big vote for that one. There are many things I’d like to keep an eye one for various reasons, especially when it comes back round to sale time.
Fixing both of these would definitely boost market usage
I would like to suggest the removal of the functionality that automatically minimizes the carousel window when you click next on the last image in the gallery. is causing me all sorts of misclicks (making me change application focus to something in the background, opening random things on my desktop or opening random blueprints misclicking in the world outliner in UE). it seems like a minor annoyance, but I spend a lot of the time browsing assets so it’s a constant and making for a very poor user experience.
New content publications should have the option to be released with an introduction discount, since would benefit the MarketPlace users who actively monitor the market, in relation to the frequency of their visits. Often the decision becomes if you can wait for the episodic sales, or for a random discount, which happen only after weeks, if at all.
EBD would contribute to the content rating, since introduction discounts would generate ratings much earlier on.
EBD would help content creators, there could be less time from production and publishing until they receive the first pay check. They could also make decision when publishing for the first time.
EBD supports active users, potentially rewarding them for visiting the market more frequently
EBD supports low budget developers, discounts could be available earlier, or help to assess if a creator will offer discounts in the future
It makes perfect sense to introduce an Early Bird discount option for creators and buyers.
My suggestion is simply:-
1-Adding a more profound categorized search in the market place
2-Adding the same within the Library vault section added to it a category called"requires update". I’m asking for because I currently have more than 300 assets in my vault and the vault is growing rapidly because I’m buying more and more assets each day.
3-Adding a favourite or “desire to buy” list at the market place, something like what Amazon Store has would be appreciated. As we can mark things there to be purchased at a later stage.
