Hi,
When outputting via Render Movie, does the PreTonemapRGB, which is the SceneColor just before output (Before Tonemapping), include effects such as vignette processing?
Compared to the lower-dimensional SceneColor (Before Tonemapping) used as input for TSR, does it get affected by post-process effects?
For example, does the PreTonemapRGB get influenced by effects such as vignette?
Thanks,
Yiwen.
If you are asking about Movie Render Queue and Movie Render Graph, those contain all post processing, including everything in the Tonemapper. However, there is a flag for “disable Tone Curve” that will optionally turn off the effect of the tone curve, which is usually desirable for exporting linear EXR files.
So yes, the vignette will be part of the Movie Render Queue outputs. However, if you are using some other method (such as High Res Screenshot), there may be different results.
