The "create fortnite com" website has an option to gain access to the island creator program which doesnt work

Under “Who is eligible ?” it says “OR
Spent and redeemed $75 (based on USD prices) in the last 90 days on Fortnite in-game products. Gift cards do not apply to this spending threshold.” I did that but I still get told that I am not eligible and need the 7 days of uefn usetime
