Summary
The common variant of the Holo Rush SMG no longer has any stats as of the v42.30 update. The weapon cannot fire a single bullet, uses no wraps, and cannot be reloaded.

Steps to Reproduce
- Grab the Common Variant of the Holo Rush SMG from the creative menu.
- Attempt to use it, you can even check its stats to see it has nothing.
Expected Result
The weapon should be able to fire bullets, deal damage, and be reloadable.
Observed Result
The weapon cannot fire bullets, cannot deal damage, cannot be reloaded and also has no wrap support.

Additional Notes
This is due to the stat table for the common variant of the SMG being removed in this update. Adding back SMG_GoliathBurst_Scoped_Athena_C_Ore_T03 should fix the issue.
