Texutre heightmap (displacement) for landscape on UE5?

Hello everyone,

I just see some tuto for good landscape. They’re pretty good but on UE4 so some features are deprecated on UE5 specially texture heightmap (displacement).

I don’t want to go on substance or something to tweak my texture, i want to stay on UE5 and have displacement but i can’t find any tuto…
I saw “nanite” but i don’t think this is what i search, please help

Thanks!

You’ll have to use Virtual Heightfield Mesh for now. This tutorial worked for me, at least:

Thanks but in this tuto, “world displacement” attribute seems to be deprecated… only “world position offset” is left so it doesn’t really work

Why Unreal have delete world displacement?!? absolutely dumb…
