Texture Projection

Hello guys. I want to project a sand or snow (Diffuse,Normal) from the top. So far diffuse is working but normal is totally gone. Any idea?

Sorry i must add that i am using a layer shader with detail texturing. Maybe thats why normal is not showing

Even with simple normal map uv, normal is not showing itself. so perhaps its because of the layer shader or detail texturing

So in short top layer (Sand, snow) of the layered material do not support its own normal map. Why is that? Any way to fix this?
