Steps to Reproduce

Launch a session, get my player convert to fort_character, and then TeleportTo.

Expected Result

It works when deployed but behaves completely different in simulation

Observed Result

Player does not teleport and I get the rollback error.

nobody does this for a reason, it has never worked reliably or at all sometimes and never gets fixed no matter how many times people have mentioned it. Use a teleporter device, move that around and then teleport the player with that device.
