Sun reflection passing through meshes

Hi, I’m new to UE. I’ve been tryng to fix this for 2 days to no avail. The sun light passes through solid objects and can be seen on reel rive surfaces when at a low angle. I’m using lumen for gi and raytrace for reflections. Played with all the settings and got it fixed for a while but now it’s back and can’t be fixed. Not sure what to do. I’m just using ue for a short cinematic and not a game if that helps. Please help me where to start troubleshooting.
