Strange shading/occlusion appearing on surfaces when I turn my camera view?

Hey guys,

I have an issue regarding an archviz project I’m working on. When I rotate my camera view or navigate through the house and make a rapid turns to the side the textures or surfaces of the meshes in my project have a strange shadow/occlusion that appears momentarily upon loading, almost like a lag of sorts. I currently have RT disabled and am working with gpu lightmass baking as it will be an interactive walkthrough. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached a video of the problem below.

EDIT: I have found that disabling gpu lightmass “Compress” option has prevented this problem however I would still like to keep my lightmaps uncompressed?
