Strange hole in navmesh?

Hello, I seem to have a hole in my navmesh. I can’t determine the source. I’ve gone through the entire outliner and checked for any invisible objects or anything that could be contributing, but no luck. Also tried building geometry and paths. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to get rid of this. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I have encountered similar problem,

sometimes the navmesh preview won’t update after the collision been modified,
even if I deleted the mesh, the weird collision still exist.

currently my solution is placing additional invisible blocking volume in the scene independently as a patch…

Thanks for the response! Not sure I’m following you though. How do you patch the hole? Wouldn’t adding more blocking geo just add more holes?


Hi, using the volume may create another hole as you said,
so I have to adjust the rotation and scale to fit the boundaries nearby.

may not be a steady solution, but this is what I could come up with my limited knowledge…-.-
