Without more information, it’s hard to say what could be going wrong here.
If possible, could you provide the relevant sections of your game’s DefaultEngine.ini around how the online subsystem is configured? It would also be helpful to look at the logs of an instance where initialization fails, especially with the verbosity increased for the LogOnline category. (If these contain sensitive information, this question can be made private, so only Epic and members of your organization can view it.)
