Static lights disappear when baking

Hey friends! Running across a serious problem when I build my static lighting. When I put the lights in my scene I have no issues whatsoever.

But as soon as I build them they disappear.

HALP.

For some more background. This is a 2D paper tilemap using a MaskedLitSprite material that came inside the engine.

Till now the only way Light Bulbs work in UE is minimum set to stationary or even mobile. Static Light Bulbs only in a static Mesh Environment turn out to a Complete Black Scenery. So far my experience… Set them to Stationary and see if the Lighting Issue still persist.
