I can’t find any option in my SpotLight, World Settings nor in my Actor related to that.

Maybe it’s auto-exposure?

The auto-exposure is disabled, anyway, the issue seems to be solved, I will post the answer.

The issue just fixed by himself when I close and open the project, weird, I didn’t touch anything.
