Spotlight light disappearing after build, meshes full with artifacts

I started using UE4 for a month and I would like to use it for Architectural Visualization. I put some spotlights into my scene but after I build the lightning the light from the spotlights disappears, and will appear after I move them a little. IS there any solution to fix this? Also my meshes are full with artifacts, even though I made the UV Mapping in 3ds Max and Unreal doesnt show any overlapping. Please help
