Summary
I ran a Sponsored Row campaign, it finished, but the payment didn’t go through. Now the campaign is stuck as “completed but unpaid,” and I can’t change the payment method or fix anything. Every time I try to update it, I get “something went wrong.”
Dates are locked, payment options are locked, I can only change the title for some reason. PayPal has money so that’s not the issue.
Also pushing new campaigns gives the same error (something went wrong)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Sponsored Row campaign normally.
2. Set a small budget (mine was $10) and choose PayPal as payment.
3. Let the campaign run until the budget is fully spent and it shows as completed.
4. After it finishes, check the payment — it never charges.
5. Try to edit anything related to billing or payment → error pops up saying “Something went wrong.”
6. All fields (dates, payment method, etc.) become completely locked except the title.
7. Try switching payment method or re-submitting → same error every time.
Expected Result
After the campaign finishes, the system should charge my payment method normally, or at least let me update the payment method or retry the payment without errors.
Observed Result
The campaign finished but never charged me, and now everything is stuck. I can’t change the payment method, can’t retry the payment, and every time I try to edit anything, it just throws the “Something went wrong” error. Only the title can be changed — everything else is locked.
