spiral blur not supported in VR mobile?

Hi folks, i’m trying to get a frosted glass type of material, using spiral blur node. shows in Editor fine.
However, on quest 2, the glass turned out grey world material.
Does anyone know if there is a way to work around, to have a decent looking frosted galss on mobile VR?

a very fine normal map works to certain level. it causes flickering though, still not very convicing results.
